Highfield Level 3 Award in HACCP for Caterers

The Highfield Level 3 Award in HACCP for Caterers has been developed for caterers to gain better understanding of how HACCP can be simply applied to the catering environment.

 

This one-day qualification will also be useful for those learners who already hold a level 3 or level 4 food safety qualification as a means of demonstrating CPD.

It may also suit some enforcement officers who mainly inspect catering premises.

Entry Requirements

  • There are no prerequisites for this qualification, although it is recommended that learners already hold a Level 3 Award in Food Safety for Catering or equivalent.

  • This qualification is approved for delivery to learners aged 16+.

E-assessment

The exam is conducted via Highfield E-assessment and is remotely invigilated online at your home or your workplace.​

The exam is carried out at a set time and dates convenient to you after you have completed the training, please allow up to 5 working days for Highfield to set up the exam for you, we can arrange the exam date prior to your completion of the training if you have a specific date/time in mind

 

Certification

You will find out if you have passed or failed immediately and will receive an e-certificate shortly after completion which has the same accreditation as a hard copy certificate.
