The Highfield Level 2 Award in HACCP for Catering is aimed at those working in a food catering environment and other food handlers. The qualification is intended for candidates already working in catering and those who are preparing to work in the industry.

Entry Requirements

  • There are no prerequisites for this qualification. 

  • This qualification is approved for delivery to learners aged 16+.

  • Pass mark : 9/15 (60%)

  • Duration : 30 Minutes

E-assessment

The exam is conducted via Highfield E-assessment and is remotely invigilated online at your home or your workplace.​

The exam is carried out at a set time and dates convenient to you after you have completed the training, please allow up to 5 working days for Highfield to set up the exam for you, we can arrange the exam date prior to your completion of the training if you have a specific date/time in mind

 

 

Certification

You will find out if you have passed or failed immediately and will receive an e-certificate shortly after completion which has the same accreditation as a hard copy certificate.
