HACCP for Food Manufacturing 

This qualification is aimed at those working in a food manufacturing environment. The qualification is intended for learners already working in food manufacturing and those who are preparing to work in the industry.

The qualification is especially useful for those involved in maintaining HACCP in a manufacturing environment, and for those who are or will be part of a HACCP team. This qualification covers the principles of HACCP including the procedures required to develop HACCP and how the principles are applied in a food production environment.

Entry Requirements

  • There are no prerequisites for this qualification, although it is recommended that learners already hold a Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Manufacturing or equivalent.

  • This qualification is approved for delivery to learners aged 16+.

E-assessment

The exam is conducted via Highfield E-assessment and is remotely invigilated online at your home or your workplace.​

The exam is carried out at a set time and dates convenient to you after you have completed the training, please allow up to 5 working days for Highfield to set up the exam for you, we can arrange the exam date prior to your completion of the training if you have a specific date/time in mind

 

 

Certification

You will find out if you have passed or failed immediately and will receive an e-certificate shortly after completion which has the same accreditation as a hard copy certificate.
